totally awesome amsterdam experience!
lively marketeasy cruisekind staffbirthday surprise
the location is so fantastic! it's super close to a lively street market and lots of restaurants. i walked to the museum quarter and hopped on canal boat cruises. the staff, especially tania, was so kind, she even surprised me with chocolates and wine for my birthday! it.
the bathroom was on the small side, and water seemed to splash everywhere!

the location proves really good.. it offers convenience and proximity to the tram and key neighborhoods. the staff demonstrated excellent helpfulness and kindness and communication was easy as they addressed all my questions. the room felt spacious and well-equipped, meeting all my needs for the trip.

The staff are consistently polite and helpful, assisting guests professionally. i have to mention tania from reception. She was amazing, guiding us and always keen to help with a smile. tania provided excellent directions to sights, dining, and public transport.

The location is amazing, right in front of the famous street market! getting to dam square and central station is so easy. Tram no. 4 is just a minute away from the hotel. i enjoyed the amazing canal view from my room every morning. there's even a lidl supermarket just a minute away, super convenient for grabbing snacks.
the bathroom felt a bit small. water seemed to go everywhere after a shower. also, there wasn't much tabletop space to put my things, a little inconvenient.
